Service information
Clear expectations before we work together. Cohesive Collaborations LLC provides remote phone and internet plan reviews for households and small businesses in Illinois.
What a review includes
The published packages define the accounts and line limits, discussion time, and written findings included. Introductory one-time prices are $49 for a Single Bill Check, $99 for a Household Review, and $149 for a Small Business Review. Custom work and guided provider calls require a separate quote.
These are bill and plan reviews. Technical WiFi testing, security testing, equipment installation, and automatically switching or cancelling service are not included. Recommendations consider the information available during the review; provider offers, availability, fees, coverage, and terms may change.
Results and provider decisions
The fee pays for the review and recommendations, even when keeping your existing plan is the best option. Savings, refunds from a provider, approval for a particular offer, and service performance are not guaranteed. Examples and calculations on this website are illustrations, not customer results or promised savings.
You make the final decision about contacting a provider or changing service. Confirm eligibility, complete costs, promotion expiry, equipment obligations, cancellation charges, and service needs before making a change.
Before paid work begins
Robert will provide the scope, total price, payment arrangements, expected delivery timing, and the no-refund policy for your agreement before payment or paid work begins. Ask for any unclear term in writing. The website currently has no checkout or recurring subscription.
No-refund policy
Consultative audit services — all sales final. All sales of consultative audit services are final. Fees are non-refundable once purchased, including if the review identifies no savings or you choose not to follow the recommendations, except where a refund is required by applicable law. This policy does not excuse failure to provide the agreed services or limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
This policy applies to new purchases agreed after it is disclosed. It does not change an earlier agreement retroactively.
Cancellations, rescheduling, and concerns
If you need to change or cancel an appointment, use the available booking controls or email Robert as soon as possible. A client cancellation does not create a refund right under this policy, except where required by law. Any rescheduling must be agreed with Robert and is subject to availability. Contact Robert if there is a problem with delivery of the agreed service.
For a billing question or concern about a review, email the date of the service and a brief description. Do not send card numbers, provider passwords, or a full bill.
Start-small upgrade credit
A completed paid $49 Single Bill Check can be credited once toward an eligible Household Review or Small Business Review that includes the same account. Request the upgrade within 30 days of completing the Single Bill Check. At current introductory prices, the difference is $50 for a Household Review or $100 for a Small Business Review.
The original account must fit the larger package. One credit per customer, applied once to the upgrade invoice; non-transferable, no cash value, and not applicable to guided calls or custom work.
Account authority and guided calls
Participate only as the account holder or an authorized representative. You complete identity and account verification directly with the provider. Do not share passwords or PINs with Robert. A review or appointment does not give Robert power to make account changes for you.
An optional guided call after a completed review covers one provider and up to 30 minutes, including hold time, with a separate written quote and appointment agreed first. You attend and approve any decisions. Additional assistance is scoped separately.
Privacy and recording
Reviews use bills shown during calls rather than submitted bill copies. Read the privacy notice before sharing information. Booking is not consent to recording, screenshots, or AI transcription; discuss these separately and obtain everyone’s express agreement before they begin.
Review and acknowledge your agreement
After Robert supplies your written scope, fee, delivery timing, and payment arrangements, use the client agreement form to prepare your acknowledgment. Save the complete record and send it from your email account. Robert will review and confirm it before paid work begins. The form does not send, store, or verify a signature automatically.
