Read the agreement
1. Parties, scope, and confirmation
The service provider is Cohesive Collaborations LLC, through Robert Alvarado. The client, selected package, total fee, scope reference, delivery timing, and payment arrangements appear in the completed record. The service is for Illinois customers. Send the complete record from the email address you enter. The engagement proceeds only after Robert confirms the matching scope, fee, and timing in writing; any difference requires a revised agreement before payment or work. Preparing this page alone does not submit acceptance, collect payment, or reserve an appointment.
2. Consultative review and results
The fee covers the agreed review, discussion time, and written findings. Savings, a provider discount, eligibility for a particular offer, and service performance are not guaranteed. Technical network testing, equipment installation, and switching or cancelling service are excluded unless expressly covered by a separate written scope. Provider prices and terms can change; the client must confirm them before changing service.
3. No-refund policy
All sales of consultative audit services are final. Fees are non-refundable once purchased, including if the review identifies no savings or you choose not to follow the recommendations, except where a refund is required by applicable law. This policy does not excuse failure to provide the agreed services or limit rights that cannot legally be waived. A client cancellation does not create a refund right under this policy, except where required by law. Rescheduling requires agreement with Robert and is subject to availability. This policy applies to this new engagement and does not alter prior agreements.
4. Account authority and privacy
The client must be the account holder or an authorized representative. The client keeps control of accounts, handles provider verification, and approves any service changes. Bills are viewed during calls; do not send bill copies, passwords, PINs, full account numbers, Social Security numbers, or payment-card details. Limited findings and necessary agreement/business records may be retained as described in the privacy notice at https://cohesivecollaborations.com/privacy.html. No recording, screenshots, or AI transcription is authorized by this agreement; any such activity requires separate express agreement from everyone involved.
5. Electronic acknowledgment and copies
Electronic participation is voluntary and applies to this agreement. The client needs a browser, email access, and the ability to save or print the text record. The client can decline and contact Robert for a non-electronic signing option, or withdraw electronic consent for future records by email without a withdrawal fee; this does not undo an agreement already accepted. By typing a name, checking the acknowledgments, and sending the complete record, the client intends that typed name to serve as their electronic signature for this record. This form does not verify identity or provide a certified signature audit trail. The client should retain the full record and Robert’s written confirmation.
6. Questions and rights
Questions, scheduling issues, and disputes should be sent to cohesivecollaborations@gmail.com. The client does not waive any right or remedy that cannot legally be waived. This record, the referenced written scope, and Robert’s matching written confirmation describe the engagement; future website changes do not silently amend this saved record.
